As a trader using Acqelo, you are the data controller for your customers' personal data. Acqelo Ltd acts as your data processor. This means you are responsible for ensuring your customers are treated fairly and that you have a lawful basis for processing their data through Acqelo. Our Data Processing Agreement sets out the specific obligations and protections in place.
